Naga means snake or serpent. Just like a snake, I shed my skin and started fresh. Moving away from corporate desk life to a dedicated yoga teacher.  I was  introduced to yoga initially because I wanted to gain my flexibility back after having my  daughter,  however what I found was so much more.  Yoga has become my life and it is my daily medicine. My passion is to motivate and encourage others to live a life of  wellness and health on the journey to the self.
